Campers’ Information
I ensure all information submitted is accurate and it’s my responsibility to inform the Camp Committee 2026 at support-hhm@campcovenant.com.sg of any changes immediately.


Cancellation Policy  
- Applicants must write in email (support-hhm@campcovenant.com.sg) to cancel their booking. Refunds for cancellation will be reviewed on case by case basis.
- You will NOT be entitled to any refund on the Camp Package for any cancellation made on or after  10 May 2026.
- You can get a 50% refund on the Camp Package if a cancellation is made between  2 April 2026 and 9 May 2026 (inclusive of both dates).
- If refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days after registration end date.

Accommodation & Transportation
GROUP TRAVEL - If you wish to travel on the same coach with family or friends, you must book the Room & Transport Package as a group. Please appoint a Group I/C to do the online booking on behalf of the group.

By interacting with, submitting information to or signing up for any organized activity offered by Covenant Evangelical Free Church (“CEFC”), you agree and consent to the use, processing, collection and retention of your personal information by CEFC, its staff or appointed committees for the purposes of the church camp activities of CEFC as shall be deemed necessary or desirable.


Liability 
By submitting this registration form, I/ We agree that all the names listed on this form are physically fit and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner. I/We will not hold the Church and the Camp Committee liable for any accidents or mishaps that may arise from or during the camp. I/ We will abide and comply with all rules laid down by the Camp Committee.


Your own personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

a. 2-way coach transfer provided is on 17 June 2026 (Wednesday) and 20 June 2026 (Saturday) only. Pick up & Drop off location will be Church-Hotel-Church. Coach fee is not refundable, and no one way transport is provided.

Booking Instructions

General Information

  • Room IC will be the person-in-charge for room key collection on the day of check-in.
  • The booking person (Booking IC) will be the point of contact for all correspondence related to this booking.
  • Please ensure you have the following information before you begin your booking process. FULL NAME (as per passport), DATE OF BIRTH, PASSPORT NUMBER and PASSPORT EXPIRY DATE.
  • All passports must have a minimum validity of 7 months from the travelling date. Campers shall be responsible for any visa application if required.
  • Please ensure that you key in Name as per passport (Example-  LAST NAME: Tan,  FIRST NAME: Nelson Xiao Ming).
  • All room types are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis after registration. 
  • Child rate for 3 to 11 years of age is as of 17 June 2026.
  • Last day of registration and payment is 03 March 2026.
  • Upon successful online booking, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the booking person’s email address provided. 
  • Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
